When you use the Claude Code Integration app and Loren AI services, we may collect: • Account information: name, email address, business name, phone number • CRM data: contact records, lead scores, pipeline stages you authorize us to sync • Call data: call transcripts, recordings, summaries (with your consent and applicable law compliance) • SMS opt-in data: consent records, opt-in timestamps, and phone numbers collected via web forms for SMS communications • Usage data: feature usage, API calls made, workflow triggers fired • Technical data: IP address, browser type, device identifiers, access timestamps • Billing information: subscription tier and payment status (payment details handled by our payment processor — we do not store card numbers)
We use collected data to: • Provide and improve the Claude Code Integration and Loren AI services • Generate AI-powered content, call summaries, and lead scores on your behalf • Sync contact and pipeline data to your CRM platform • Send transactional emails (setup confirmations, billing notices, support responses) • Detect, prevent, and respond to fraud or security incidents • Comply with legal obligations • Improve our AI models and service quality (aggregated, de-identified data only)
We never trade or monetize your personal data. We may disclose data to: • Anthropic, PBC: AI processing for Claude-powered features (subject to Anthropic's privacy policy) • CRM Platform: data sync as authorized by your integration settings • Payment processors: billing and subscription management • Service providers: hosting, email delivery, analytics (under data processing agreements) • Legal authorities: when required by law, court order, or to protect our rights We require all external processors to maintain appropriate security standards. SMS opt-in data and consent is never disclosed to outside companies or marketing entities for marketing or promotional purposes. SMS aggregators and carriers receive only the minimum data necessary to deliver messages you have consented to receive.
SMS Program: LOREN EMPIRE LLC operates an SMS messaging program for contacts who opt in at https://ai-loren.com/contact. Two types of messages are sent: • Transactional: AI agent follow-ups, appointment confirmations, platform updates • Promotional: service announcements, new features, special offers Opt-In: Consent is collected via two separate unchecked checkboxes on our contact form — one for transactional and one for promotional SMS. Opt-in data is never provided or monetized to any outside organization. Opt-Out: Reply STOP to any message to unsubscribe immediately. Reply HELP for support. Data Protection: No mobile opt-in information will be disclosed to any outside organization, excluding SMS aggregators and message delivery providers operating under data processing agreements.
The Phone AI module may record and transcribe calls processed through Loren AI's voice receptionist. You agree to: • Obtain legally required consent from callers in your jurisdiction before enabling call recording • Inform callers at the start of calls that they may be recorded • Comply with all applicable wiretapping, recording, and privacy laws (including GDPR, CCPA, state-level laws) Call recordings and transcripts are stored securely and retained for 90 days by default. You may delete recordings at any time from your dashboard.
We implement industry-standard security measures including: • Encryption in transit (TLS 1.2+) and at rest (AES-256) • Access controls and role-based permissions • Regular security audits • Secure API key storage No system is 100% secure. In the event of a data breach affecting your information, we will notify you within 72 hours as required by applicable law.
• Account data: retained while your account is active + 30 days after cancellation • CRM sync data: retained per your CRM platform's settings • Call recordings: 90 days (adjustable in dashboard) • Call transcripts & summaries: 12 months • SMS consent records: retained for the duration required by messaging compliance rules • Billing records: 7 years (legal requirement) You may request deletion of your personal data at any time by emailing lorenaiteam@gmail.com.
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to: • Access: request a copy of data we hold about you • Correction: update inaccurate or incomplete data • Deletion: request erasure of your personal data ("right to be forgotten") • Portability: receive your data in a machine-readable format • Objection: opt out of certain types of processing • Restriction: limit how we process your data To exercise any of these rights, contact us at lorenaiteam@gmail.com.
