When you use the Claude Code Integration app and Loren AI services, we may collect: • Account information: name, email address, business name, phone number • CRM data: contact records, lead scores, pipeline stages you authorize us to sync • Call data: call transcripts, recordings, summaries (with your consent and applicable law compliance) • Usage data: feature usage, API calls made, workflow triggers fired • Technical data: IP address, browser type, device identifiers, access timestamps • Billing information: subscription tier and payment status (payment details handled by our payment processor — we do not store card numbers)
We use collected data to: • Provide and improve the Claude Code Integration and Loren AI services • Generate AI-powered content, call summaries, and lead scores on your behalf • Sync contact and pipeline data to your CRM platform • Send transactional emails (setup confirmations, billing notices, support responses) • Detect, prevent, and respond to fraud or security incidents • Comply with legal obligations • Improve our AI models and service quality (aggregated, de-identified data only)
We do not sell your personal data. We may share data with: • Anthropic, PBC: AI processing for Claude-powered features (subject to Anthropic's privacy policy) • CRM Platform: data sync as authorized by your integration settings • Payment processors: billing and subscription management • Service providers: hosting, email delivery, analytics (under data processing agreements) • Legal authorities: when required by law, court order, or to protect our rights We require all third-party processors to maintain appropriate security standards.
The Phone AI module may record and transcribe calls processed through Loren AI's voice receptionist. You agree to: • Obtain legally required consent from callers in your jurisdiction before enabling call recording • Inform callers at the start of calls that they may be recorded • Comply with all applicable wiretapping, recording, and privacy laws (including GDPR, CCPA, state-level laws) Call recordings and transcripts are stored securely and retained for 90 days by default. You may delete recordings at any time from your dashboard.
We implement industry-standard security measures including: • Encryption in transit (TLS 1.2+) and at rest (AES-256) • Access controls and role-based permissions • Regular security audits • Secure API key storage No system is 100% secure. In the event of a data breach affecting your information, we will notify you within 72 hours as required by applicable law.
• Account data: retained while your account is active + 30 days after cancellation • CRM sync data: retained per your CRM platform's settings • Call recordings: 90 days (adjustable in dashboard) • Call transcripts & summaries: 12 months • Billing records: 7 years (legal requirement) You may request deletion of your personal data at any time by emailing lorenaiteam@gmail.com.
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to: • Access: request a copy of data we hold about you • Correction: update inaccurate or incomplete data • Deletion: request erasure of your personal data ("right to be forgotten") • Portability: receive your data in a machine-readable format • Objection: opt out of certain types of processing • Restriction: limit how we process your data To exercise any of these rights, contact us at lorenaiteam@gmail.com.
