These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the Claude Code Integration app and related services provided by LOREN EMPIRE LLC (operating as 1PM AI / Loren AI). Please read them carefully before using the App.
By installing, accessing, or using the Claude Code Integration app ("the App") or any services provided by LOREN EMPIRE LLC (operating as 1PM AI / Loren AI) ("we," "us," "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
The App provides AI-powered automation services including but not limited to: blog content generation, AI voice receptionist functionality, CRM data enrichment and synchronization, and workflow automation. The App is powered by Anthropic's Claude AI and is distributed via the CRM Automation Platform Marketplace.
You agree to: • Provide accurate account and business information • Maintain the security of your API keys and login credentials • Use the App only for lawful business purposes • Not attempt to reverse-engineer, copy, or redistribute the App • Comply with Anthropic's usage policies when using Claude AI features • Ensure you have appropriate consent before recording or transcribing calls
Content generated by the App (blog posts, call summaries, SMS messages, lead scores) is produced by AI and may require human review. LOREN EMPIRE LLC (operating as 1PM AI / Loren AI) does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of AI-generated content. You are responsible for reviewing and approving content before publishing or distribution.
The Phone AI module may record and transcribe calls for the purpose of CRM sync, lead scoring, and workflow automation. You are solely responsible for compliance with all applicable call recording laws in your jurisdiction, including obtaining required consent from callers. LOREN EMPIRE LLC (operating as 1PM AI / Loren AI) assumes no liability for non-compliant recording practices.
We collect and process data as described in our Privacy Policy (https://ai-loren.com/privacy-policy). You retain ownership of your customer data. We never trade or monetize your data with outside companies. Data processed through Claude AI is subject to Anthropic's data handling policies.
The App, its design, code, and branding are the intellectual property of LOREN EMPIRE LLC (operating as 1PM AI / Loren AI). Claude AI is owned by Anthropic, PBC. You retain ownership of content you create using the App. AI-generated content produced via the App may be used commercially by you, subject to Anthropic's terms of service.
Access to the App may require a subscription. Fees are billed monthly or annually as agreed at sign-up. Refunds are not provided for partial billing periods. We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days' notice. Non-payment may result in service suspension.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, LOREN EMPIRE LLC (operating as 1PM AI / Loren AI) shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App. Our total liability for direct damages shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 3 months prior to the claim.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time for violation of these Terms. You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon termination, your data will be retained for 30 days then deleted, unless legally required otherwise.
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or via in-app notice. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Florida, and you consent to jurisdiction there.

Program Description: LOREN EMPIRE LLC sends transactional and promotional SMS messages to contacts who have explicitly opted in via web form at https://ai-loren.com/contact. Transactional messages include AI agent follow-ups, appointment confirmations, onboarding notifications, and platform updates. Promotional messages include service announcements, new feature releases, and special offers. Cancellation: Reply STOP at any time to unsubscribe. You will receive one confirmation message and no further messages will be sent unless you re-opt in. Support: Reply HELP for assistance or contact us at lorenaiteam@gmail.com or +1 (954) 800-8429. Carrier Liability: Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message & Data Rates: Standard message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies based on your interactions with our platform. Supported Carriers: AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, Sprint, and most regional US carriers. Age Restriction: You must be 18 years or older to opt in to SMS communications. Opt-In Data: No mobile information will be disclosed to outside companies or marketing entities for marketing or promotional purposes. SMS opt-in data and consent will not be provided to any outside organization.
